We deliver most orders within 4-7 business days. Monday to Friday is considered business days except for public holidays., Delivery delays can occasionally occur around public holidays or at times of unforeseen circumstances, but we do our best to provide timely deliveries to all our customers. Orders once shipped, cannot be cancelled.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we'd be happy to exchange your product with a replacement or a different product of the same value or refund your order amount within 7-10 working days after the product is picked up from the given address.

If you have received a damaged/incorrect product, please report the issue within 5 days of delivery, to our email id tncdwho@yahoo.co.in , tncdw@tn.nic.in with photos and order ID, and please fill in the necessary details. We’ll verify and initiate the pickup within 48-72 working hours. The return will be initiated and the same will be updated to the corresponding email id and phone number.

Under certain circumstances, if we are unable to provide you with a replacement for your ordered product, then we will notify you, and thereafter will process your refund the paid amount will reflect in the original mode of payment within 7-10 business days.
